Unlike harmful asphalt slurry sealers it won't cause toxic leaching and it doesn't require special equipment to apply. Anyone who knows how to use a paint roller, brush, or sprayer can apply it.

Hyperflex® Parking Lot & Driveway Coating will effectively protect & seal concrete and asphalt surfaces as long as the surface is free of any and all dirt, dust, petrochemicals, or any other foreign material. | 
| ASPHALT
Spray off with a hose or pressure washer to effectively remove any dust, dirt, oil, or any other foreign material.
Leave sufficient time to dry.
Any residual moisture may affect the functionality of the product.
| CONCRETE
Making sure to have proper ventilation, clean surface with Muriatic Acid. Rinse with water & dry.
Apply Sodium Hydroxide (10% solution) to neutralize any remaining acid. Rinse & let dry.
