Driveway Repair?
Asphalt pavement is basically sand, gravel and binder. The binder that holds the sand and gravel together is asphaltic, a heavy by-product of oil refining. Sand and gravel do not deteriorate significantly, however, the asphalt binder deteriorates due to oxidation, rain, solar radiation and pollution. Hyperflex® Driveway sealer is highly resistant to these forces and can last up to 10 years on your driveway!
Why Go Grey?
Because of its dramatic heat reflective properties, we highly recommend a colored top coat. Hyperglass® Cool Top Coat Colors have the same durability and long lasting quality, plus they've been shown to stay within about 15 – 20 degrees of ambient temperature. This means, even in direct-sunlight on a 105° day, pavement can stay cool enough to walk barefoot!
Driveway Sealer Technology
Using the revolutionary Hyperflex® technology, Hyperflex® Rubber Parking Lot & Driveway is infused with recycled glass, making it highly durable and water resistant. Hyperflex® also contains a specialized "cryogenically crushed" rubber additive for increased texture, elasticity and durability - helping it stay sealed even through repeated seasonal temperature changes.
