If so, can it be applied over stucco? Wood? Metal?

Answer:

Yes. Both Hyperflex® Primer and Hyperglass® Cool Top Coat can be applied directly onto stucco, wood and metal. However, on metal surfaces we highly recommend a coat of Hyperzinc ® to prime it. In some cases, Hyperzinc® can be used by itself to protect the metal and stop rust.
