Hyperzinc® is unique in design. Other zinc-rich coatings use less effective zinc dust rather than zinc flake. The lamellar shape of the flakes provide 400% more surface area than zinc dust, which means you'll get more protection with less coats. 

Our patented process for producing zinc flake reduces production time by 75% and is a fraction of the cost of typical wet milled flakes. Because of the high cost other manufacturers only use flakes on bolts and fasteners. Our process can be cost effectively used for larger applications.
