Hyperflex® Rubber Pool Primer

Rubber Pool Coating

Hyperflex® Rubber Pool Primer is a highly durable, rubber coating developed to protect and insulate pools and hot tubs.  

The breakthrough Hyperflex® formula contains recycled rubber and glass particles that create a totally waterproof and incredibly durable surface. Unlike traditional pool primers, Hyperflex® fills gaps and coats evenly over joints, seams, fixtures and other weak areas.  Plus, the flexibility of rubber makes Hyperflex® Pool primer extremely resistant to swelling and shrinking due to seasonal temperature changes.

APPLICATION


Hyperflex® Rubber Pool Primer must be used in combination with Hyperglass® Cool Top Coat. Hyperflex® may be applied with a roller, sprayer, trowel or brush. Use the largest tip compatible with pump when spraying. Mix thoroughly. Allow 4-6 hours drying time before applying Hyperglass® Cool Top Coat. 

COVERAGE & DRY TIME

Coverage varies depending on surface and porosity.  One gallon of paint will cover approximately 75-100 square feet with 5-10 mils (.005-.010 inches) of coating. Wait 4-6 hours before applying Hyperglass® Cool Top Coat.  Cures in 24 hours.  


Hyperglass® Cool Top Coat for Patios and Decks

  • Hyperglass® can be applied directly to patios or over a layer of Hyperflex® Rubber Primer
  • Hyperglass® is easy to apply, simply roll or spray it on like normal paint.
  • Unlike many traditional materials, Hyperglass® coats evenly over joints, seams, fixtures and other potentially weak areas where early failure may occur.
  • Hyperglasss® is non-toxic, and can be cleaned up with soap and water. 
  • One gallon will cover approximately 150 square feet with 5 mils (.005 inches) of coating (depending on surface irregularities). Dries to touch in 4-6 hours.  Cures in 24 hours.
